Our platform connecting clients and freelancers offering a range of services. We aim to create a safe and secure environment for our users and ensure that everyone follows the terms of service outlined below while using our platform
User Accounts
All users must register for an account to access the platform's features. Accounts are not transferable and users must never share their login details.
Service Listings
Freelancers can list their services for clients to browse and purchase. Services listed must not violate any laws or infringe on intellectual property rights. Iconicompany reserves the right to reject or remove any service that does not meet our standards.
Communication
Communication between clients and freelancers must take place solely on the platform. Users must not attempt to exchange contact details outside of our messaging system.
Payment Processing
Clients pay for services with a credit card, and freelancers receive payment through their plaform account. We charge a commission percentage on completed transactions as agreed upon during the registration process
Refunds and Cancellations
Clients may request refunds within seven (7) days of the service’s completion. Freelancers must notify their clients thirty (30) days in advance of any cancellations.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities on our platform. This includes but is not limited to spamming, hacking, or impersonating other users.
Violation of Terms of Service
Iconicompany reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate our terms of service.
